In 2013 the Christmas lights were switched on by two ‘Bond’ girls. Locally-based but internationally-acclaimed actress Samantha Bond and Richmond’s Mayor Meena Bond.

David Cousins of local band The Strawbs presents a video snapshot of the local area. The film is cut to music by The Strawbs from their album “Bursting at the seams”; an apt title, perhaps, reflecting the many and varied activities in the borough. This was the Teddington Society’s contribution to the Twickenham Alive Film Festival in 2013.
