8pm Tuesday 5 December 2023
Teddington Society’s Horticultural Group is hosting its second evening talk at Teddington Constitutional Club. Please do join us at 8pm on Tuesday, 5 December to hear “What makes a good garden?” by our expert speaker Edward Flint.
Edward is both a hands-on gardener and has a background in tutoring/lecturing on gardens and gardening including for the English Gardening School.
He has been Head Gardener at a family garden on the Kent/Sussex borders for 25 years; he learnt his craft from the late Christopher Lloyd at Great Dixter, and from experience in France, Switzerland and elsewhere to develop a relaxed contemporary arts and crafts garden deeply rooted in the soil with a love of plants and place.
It promises to be an entertaining and informative evening.
