Daniel Henry Waters

Son of Daniel Waters and Amelia Louisa Waters née Fentiman of 87 Victor Road, Teddington

Born about September 1897 at Twickenham, Middlesex

Educated at Teddington Council School, Stanley Road, Teddington

A scholar at the Teddington Baptist Church Sunday School and a member of the Band of Hope.

Enlisted directly after the outbreak of war as Private (13839) with Royal Fusiliers, 3rd Battn.

Killed in action in Flanders on 13th April 1915, aged 17 years

Believed to have died during the fighting at Hill 60

Listed on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, West Flanders, Belgium (Panel 6 and 8)
