Fairfax Road 157a "Woodlawn"  was built in 1896 and the first occupier was a Mr Algernon Frampton. I was told that he was a member of the Austin Motor family and this was built as his "country house" – soon after the development of the railway line to Teddington. The house still has its original features — lovely staircase, ceilings and an impressive porch.

Property: 157a, "Woodlawn"

"Woodlawn" was built in 1896 and the first occupier was a Mr Algernon Frampton.
