Albert Edward Smith

Son of Arthur and Sarah Fanny Smith of Bentley, Hampshire

Born about March 1882 at Bentley, Hampshire

Employed as a gardener at Hampton Court, Middlesex

Boarder with George W. Morris and his wife at 23 Windsor Road, Teddington

Enlisted at Hampton Hill, Middlesex

Corporal (G/6969) with the Royal Fusiliers, 4th Battn.

Killed in action on 26th September 1915, aged 34


Buried at Brandhoek Military Cemetery, West Flanders, Belgium (Grave Ref. I. G. 6.)
