Educated at Dulwich College
Joined the Artists’ Rifles in September 1914
Promoted to 2nd Lieut., The Queen’s (Royal West Surrey Regiment), 4th Battn in 1915
Transferred to the Royal Flying Corps in October 1916
Killed in action near Ypres on 8th November 1917
