Son of James Earl and Ellen Earl née Rooke of 50 Watts Lane, Teddington
Born 9th December 1897 at Teddington
Enlisted at Teddington as Private (A/24549) in the Royal Fusiliers.
Acting Sergeant (42416) with the Suffolk Regiment, 2nd Battalion in 1918
Killed in action in France on 17th June 1918
Buried at Chocques Military Cemetery, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France (Plot IV.D.13)
