Harold Glass

Son of William James Glass and Louisa Glass née Bartlett of 6 Shacklegate Lane, Teddington

Brother of Arthur Glass (died of wounds on 25 October 1915)

Born about January 1899 at Yeovil, Somerset

Educated at Teddington Council School

Enlisted as Private (35352) with East Surrey Regiment on 13th October 1916

Private (G/20744) with Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment) 10th Battn.

Died of wounds in the No.3 Australian Casualty Clearing Station on 27th October 1918, aged 18

Buried at Kezelberg Military Cemetery, Wevelgem, West Flanders, Belgium (Ref.I.A.9)
