Enlisted on 23rd August 1915 at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

Lance Corporal (477787) with the Royal Canadian Regiment

Killed in action during an attack north of Courcelette, France on 8th October 1916, aged 32

Buried at Regina Trench Cemetery, Grandcourt, Departement de la Somme, Picardie, France (Grave Ref.: II. E. 5)
