Son of William Francis and Louisa Elizabeth Burt of 132 Broom Road, Teddington

Born about December 1900 at Kingston, Surrey

Enlisted at Whitehall, while living in Teddington

Rifleman (TR/13/63898) with Kings Royal Rifle Corps., 53rd Battn.

Died 20th October 1918 at Teddington

Buried 25th October 1918 at Teddington Cemetery, aged 18
