Son of William Arthur Price and Edith Octavia Price née Playfair of 'St Giles', Anlaby Road, Teddington
Born 26th August 1894 at Greenwich, Kent, England
He joined the Royal Navy on 15th May 1907 and was a Naval Cadet at Dartmouth in 1911
Lived at ‘The Elms’, 22 Park Road, Teddington
Sub-Lieutenant on H.M.S.'Defence' in 1916
Died when his ship was sunk during the Battle of Jutland on 31st May 1916, aged 21
His body was not recovered and he has no grave other than the sea.
