Served in the British Army for 21½ years

Staff Sergeant (Clerk), Royal Army Ordinance Corps in 1911

Captain, Royal Army Ordnance Corps by 1918

Lived at 13 Arlington Road, Teddington in 1918

Died at the Gerstley-Hoare Hospital for Officers, Chelsea on 28th August 1918, aged 38

Buried at Teddington Cemetry on 3rd September 1918 (Plot Cc Grave B3.612)
