William James Talbot

Son of Fred Talbot and Lavinia Talbot née Tuckell (or Tuckwell)

Born about September 1889 at Kensington, Middlesex

Lived at 34 York Road, Teddington, Middlesex

Baptized 1st December 1906 at Teddington Baptist Church

Private (2792 and 9949) with East Surrey Regiment and Rifle Brigade 2nd Battn.

Served in Burma and the Andaman Islands in 1911

Killed in action in France on 12th March 1915, aged 26

Listed on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, West Flanders, Belgium
