Son of Robert Hughes Humphreys

and Susan Geraldine Humphreys Humphreys (formerly Vyvyan) née Watson

Born 9th March 1891 at Marylebone, Middlesex


Temporary 2nd Lt. of the 2nd Battn., The Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment)

Died of wounds received at Festubert on 16th May 1915, aged 24 years

Buried at Bethune Town Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France (Ref II.G.8)
