Married Ellen J. Edwards at Teddington on 12th October 1911

Lived at 45 Royal Road, Teddington

Enlisted at Teddington, whilst living at Bexley Heath, Kent.

Private (S/43170) with the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders, 11th Battn.

Died of pneumonia at the 10th Canadian Stationary Hospital, Calais, France on 30th June 1918

Buried at Les Baraques Military Cemetery, Bleriot-Plage, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France (Plot: IV. B. 10)
