Born 17th April 1888 at South Teddington

Educated at Central National School, St Marylebone, Middlesex

Civil Service Second Division Clerk of Sterndale Road, West Kensington, Middlesex

Corporal (904) with the London Regiment, 14th (County of London) Battalion (London Scottish)

Killed in action in France on 1st March 1915, aged 26

Buried at Le Touret Military Cemetery, Richebourg-l'Avoue, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France (Grave Ref.II.G.1)
