Kenward Wallace Elmslie

Son of Kenward Wallace Elmslie and Mrs Annie Maude Elmslie née Funnell of May Place, Broom Road, Teddington.

Born 31st May 1887 at Twickenham, Middlesex

Educated at Cheltenham and King's College, Cambridge.

Called to the bar at Inner Temple 1911, and worked as an average adjuster with the family firm of William Elmslie & Son.

Served with 4th Battn. (Royal Irish) Dragoon Guards (Special Reserve) 1909-14, and promoted to Lietenant in May 1914.

Killed in action near Messines on 4th November 1914, age 27
