Married Winifred Maude Mary Lewis at St Luke’s Church, Kingston Upon Thames on 5th October 1914

Enlisted as Private (3684) with the Guards Machine Gun Regiment

Died at Kingston on 2nd January 1920, aged 37

Buried 8th January 1920 at Teddington Cemetery (Plot M Grave 386)

His grave is marked with a Commonwealth War Graves Commission headstone
