George David Singleton

Son of George Singleton and Mary Singleton née Evason

of 6 School Road, Hampton Hill, Middlesex

Born 8th January 1921 in Kingston, Surrey

Sergeant (Wireless Op./Air Gunner) (1257904), R.A.F. Volunteer Reserve,

Serving with C Squadron, Air Crew Wing at R.A.F. Yatesbury, Wiltshire

Killed on a training flight at Cumberland on 1st January 1943, aged 21 years

Buried 5th February 1943 in St James Churchyard, Hampton Hill, Middlesex

Listed on the Hampton Hill (St James Church) War Memorial (1939-1945)

Listed on the Teddington Methodist Church War Memorial
