Son of James Twigg and Cicely Martha Twigg née Tickner of Ruskin Avenue, Feltham, Middlesex

Member of the Tickner family of Teddington, Middlesex

Born 6th December 1921 at Teddington

Leading Seaman (C/JX 152604), Royal Navy

Died when H.M.S.Welshman (Minelayer) was torpedoed off the coast of Tobruk on 1st Feb 1943.

Listed on the Chatham Naval Memorial, Kent

Listed on the Memorial at St George’s Centre, Gillingham, Kent
