Served in Burma and the Andaman Islands in 1911

Served in France 19th January 1915 to 3rd May 1915

Killed in action in France on 3rd May 1915, aged 30

Listed on the Ypres (Menin Gate Memorial), West Flanders, Belgium, Panel 34.
