From the notes by Misses R. & S. Sanford for the 1973 Teddington Society Survey:
"Two Victorian semi-detached cottages, slate roof, cement faced. Side entrance to main door & rear garden. Ground floor bow windows & above 1 flat, 12 paned sash window. Originally gardeners' cottages for estate on which Avenue Gardens etc were built."
