Property: 39, "Broom House"
In 1973 Teddington Society's Mrs J.H. Williams wrote "Large 3-storey detached house,now divided into flats, which lies parallel to the River Thames and has river frontage. It is understood that this house is possibly to be demolished to make way for new housing."
Note: The demolition has not yet taken place (2022).
