Late 19th Century detached Gentleman's Villa. Three storeys with exposed basement and large chimney stacks. Constructed of London Stock brick with a rendered basement level, windows and fences replaced and Juliet balconies added. 1 Princes Road was one of the earliest houses built in this area and is of good Victorian design.
