Nos. 28-30: These are a pair of semi-detached 4-storey elegant houses including attic conversions, of stock brick under slate roofs with ridge tiles and with prominent soffits supported by ornamental brackets. They have sash windows and side porches supported by ornamental columns. No. 28 has a 1st floor extension to the bay window and there is a side rear addition to no. 30. Both have gravel driveways. They were probably Edwardian, although possibly late Victorian.
