The 1980 TeddSoc Survey describes nos. 46-48 as being the same as nos. 36-42 Broad Street which is as follows: "Red brick, 2-storey building. The first floor has casement windows. There is a parapet above these windows. The slate roof has dormer, sash windows." (Nos. 36-42 are not BTMs).
