The TeddSoc 1973 survey stated " Detached double-fronted 2-storey house, brick with stone bays & porch,slate roof. Splayed bays on each side on ground floor. Entrance in stone porch. Garage. Derelict condition". They updated this later to read;
"Renovated c1980 . Now occupied by Teddington Conservative Association and named "Churchill House". The Conservative Clubhouse between Nos 3 & 5 now has stone wall & wrought iron double gates in front of forecourt"
