A large stock brick double-fronted house with a slate roof and sash windows. Similar in style to nos. 70, 82 and 84 Waldegrave Road. The back of this house is attached to no. 2 Linden Grove round the corner, and there are two further pairs of very similar semi-detached houses on that side of Linden Grove, nos. 4-10. These are already described on the website, and are said to have been shown on the 1894 OS map.
