Road: Broom Road

Property: 106 “Broom Lodge”

Broom Lodge was built in 1906 as a two-storey dwelling. It has an Edwardian/arts and crafts design with oriel and bullseye windows to the first floor, constructed of brick with roughcast render to first floor. A smaller outbuilding is designed in a similar style to complement the main dwelling. It is located on a large corner plot and has original pillars at the entrance.
