"Built c. 1870. Detached double-fronted 2-storey house in yellow brick with slate roof. Sash windows. Entrance central with pounded arch and keystone. Splayed bays on each side of door on ground floor. No garage. Said to be built in grounds of no. 141." (TeddSoc 1973 Survey)
