No. 91 used to be the stables and/or Coach House for "Grove House". It lies obliquely to the road with its rear boundary on Teddington Park Road. It is now residential, mostly surrounded by a high brick wall, with ornmental iron gates on Twickenham Road and a brick forecourt. It is double fronted, 2-storey, brick built painted, Marley tiled roof with gables at either end with ornamental dentillations, a mixture of timber and plastic casement windows and a large glazed lobby on the ground floor. Below each gable is a large semi-circular arch painted pink in contrast to the cream of the rest of the building.
