Church Garage. A tall 3-storey building, once a coach and carriage business trading under the name "Pomfret" which maintained a horse drawn hire service from the railway station where the family had a stand.

In 1979, Meade Motors. In 1989, Rose Nieper (Brick a Brac) and Meades Motors. In 2013, Holmes & Daughters (Funeral Directors) with Meades Motors at rear.
