Originally 3 cottages with yards & outbuildings, probably dating from the early 19th century. (From the Teddington Society 1989 report by Misses R. & S. Sanford.)

Previously named The King's Arms & first recorded as being a Beer-house in 1861 when John and William Farrel, brewers of Isleworth, held the tenancy.

In 1989, The King's Arms public house. The bar had a balcony over the main bar. In 2013, The Clockhouse. The building has been refurbished and renamed but is still a pub.
