A large detached villa now divided into two houses. 2-storey, built of stock brick with horizontal panels of red brick and decorative brickwork above the sash windows. The chimney-stacks are set diagonally. There is a splayed bay on the ground floor. In 1975 it was named Avenue Lodge. It is very similar in style to nos. 82 and 84 Waldegrave Road. with identical brickwork pattern over the windows.
