Wick Road was described in the 1975 Teddington Society Survey by Cathy Smith: "This street runs from the southern end of Bushy Park Road in a shallow crescent to join Kingston Road. Apart from the intersections with Schoolhouse Lane, Lindum Road and the Crieff Court development, the houses on either side of the street form a continuous terrace mostly having a small fenced or walled garden in front. They were built between 1870 and 1895 and there has been little alteration structurally to the exteriors since then."
