Steps to the front door; integral garage to left of the house. Small front garden. Residents: Daniel Ames, 1881, 1891; Mrs J.W. Garrod, 1894-5; John Nathan Chapman, 1907.
No. 63: Norton Villa. House of three floors plus attic room. Semi-basement and first floor windows have bays. All windows are sash except for casement windows in dormer. Steps to the front door and down to the area. Roof is of slate with ornamental supports under the eaves. Residents: William Porter, collector of rates etc., 1881, 1891; assistant overseer 1894-5; 1898-99; clerk to burial board, 1907.
